Watch the NBA or…

My morning and evening routine makes me so much more effective. Taking the time in the morning to plan my day, makes for a very productive and fulfilling day.

I’ve been following a specific system called Self Journal, that I heard about through my mentor, Chris Robinson, this helps you to set specific measurable 13 week goals and to formulate an action plan for their accomplishment.

In the morning you start out by listing three things you’re grateful for and writing your goal down in order to keep it in the forefront of your mind and writing your three most important tasks and your schedule for the day so that you can spend your energy on the right things.

Prioritized work beats busy work every time.

The trouble is recently I have allowed watching tennis or the NBA basketball on tv, to keep me up late at night, which causes me to wake up later in the morning and messes up my morning routine.

It’s amazing how we allow things not so important to get in the way of the really important.

The law of sacrifice says in order to go up you have to give up.

Are you holding on to something that may be preventing you from going up? It could be as simple as watching sports does for me.
