In the busyness of life it is very easy to run and not get very far.
Taking time to pause and reflect is essential.
Try to make it a daily habit. Set a time and place at the end of your day or the beginning of the next. Reflect on your purpose, vision, goals and values and ask yourself “how did I do today?” Affirm the good. Pat yourself on the back and make note of how you can do this again and what you can do to improve it. Learn from your mistakes and what you didn’t do so well and what you need to change for next time.
