I was born and raised in Jamaica and still enjoy relaxing on the beaches and cruising the blue waters. The easy paced island life goes well with my easy going personality.

Right now I reside in South Florida with my beautiful wife of 22 years, Edna, (who is from the Philippines) our daughter, Jillian and Rusty our Golden retriever. 

I am the president of Robin Lewis Insurance, a full service Independent Insurance Agency.  For over twenty years I have, and  continue to study and teach on leadership. 

My passion is to help people to discover, develop and realize their God-Given potential. This blog was created to support that cause.  Our hope is that we can connect, encourage, uplift, strengthen and challenge each other.  And in the process help others to do the same.
